Euro IP TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we respond to properly submitted copyright infringement notices and take appropriate action where necessary.

1. Designated Copyright Agent

To ensure prompt processing, all DMCA notices must be sent to our designated agent:

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, your written notice must include, per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, mailing address).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
3. The exact URL(s) or precise location of the allegedly infringing material — general descriptions are not sufficient.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable under the DMCA and may delay our response.

3. Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:

• Review the claim for completeness and validity.
• Remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously.
• Notify the user who posted or is responsible for the content, where applicable.
• Document the notice and action taken for our records.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

1. Your name, address, and phone number.
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Euro IP TV may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with Section 512(i) of the DMCA, Euro IP TV will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.

6. False Claims

Submitting a knowingly false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

7. Platform Disclaimer

Euro IP TV operates as a technology platform. We do not actively monitor all content transmitted or made accessible through our service and do not claim ownership of third-party content. We act promptly upon receiving a properly submitted notice in accordance with applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
